The College is governed by the Society “Kayastha Pathshala”. It runs as per rules and regulations declared by the Government of India & UGC, New Delhi. The College has different bodies to maintain all types of disciplines on campus. All the cells and committees of the institution are statutory bodies and come under Section 4(1)(b) of the RTI Act, 2005.

The applications submitted under the RTI Act along with a postal order or demand draft for Rs. 10.00 obtained in favor of Principal, C. M. P. Degree College Prayagraj-211002, U.P. will be properly responded to on time. All information about the college under Section 4(1)(b) of the RTI Act, 2005, is open to the public, and it can be obtained by any citizen of India.
