• Periodic assessment of students for their continuous evaluation
• In addition to the external examination conducted by University, rigorous internal assessment at the College level
• Implementation of an effective Grievance Redressal Mechanism to address evaluation-related grievances

• Reviewing library policies periodically for resources, services, and the facility
• Periodic upgrading of library as per UGC norms
• Establishment of a fully digitalized Learning Resource center in the library

• Identification of research funding agencies & extending guidance for preparation and submission of project proposals
• Motivating departments and committees of the College to come up with multifarious research projects
• Submit proposals to funding agencies like UGC, DBT and other research funding agencies
• Ensure timely submissions of audited statements and reports as desired by the funding agencies

• To ensure that students, faculty and staff are provided with current and comprehensive updates on sexual harassment
• Timely redressal of sexual harassment complaints.
• To advise complainants of the means of resolution as specified by the legislation.
• Proper counselling and management of cases of sexual, psychological, emotional, or physical harassment is within the capability of the college as an academic institution.
• To create a forum for open dialogue and discussion on gender issues
• Conducting awareness programmes through seminars, talks, workshops, debates, showing films and documentaries, etc. about anti-sexual harassment and gender sensitization
