He did Ph.D. in Political Science. He has been awarded the Junior Research Fellowship by UGC.

He has specialisation in Indian Government and Politics and State Politics.

His ten research papers has been published in refereed journals.He has authored one reference book.

He has presented research paper in more than fifteen national and international seminar.He has participated in three international workshops.

He has teaching experience of five years.

He is life member of organising committee of IPSA.
