Dr. Ajeet Kumar Singh

Dr. Singh did M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Zoology from Banaras Hindu University. His specialization is “Biochemistry and Molecular Biology”. During his doctoral research, he studied the neurobiology of pain. He investigated the role of various molecules and signaling pathways involved in development of pain pathology. His current research interest is to understand the role of ‘Reactive Oxygen Species’ in cellular signaling.

His seven research papers are published in international refereed journals. He has authored a book chapter in a reference book. He refereed of a number of research articles for publication in reputed International Journals.

He has qualified CSIR-NET and was awarded CSIR-JRF and SRF. He has presented his research findings in three national and three international conferences. He participated in several workshops and training programs and was a member of organizing committee of 31^st SNCI-Workshop, 2017.
