Dr. Ajay Kumar

Dr. Ajay Kumar did LL.M. with specialization in Human Rights and Duties Education from Law School, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He qualified UGC-NET and awarded UGC Research fellowship. He completed his Ph.D. on the topic, "Violence in Police Custody- A Study of Problem and Prevention with Special reference to Human Rights Jurisprudence" from the BHU in 2014. before joining the college he also served as Guest Faculty in the Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad.

His area of interest includes Human Rights, International Law, ADR, and Criminology.

He has presented more than 20 research papers in various National and International conferences, workshops and seminars. His more than 10 articles have been published in various refereed journals. He has also attended an orientation course under UGC Human Resource Development.
