Pune Institute of Business Management (PIBM) which has consistently featured in top 100 B Schools of India in NIRF rankings of all years, has earned respect in India in a short span of 12 years due to its adherence to its vision “Employability through Right Education”..

The Student Development Program [SDP] at PIBM is carefully designed to bridge the ‘Gap’ between the student’s existing skills and the skills required by the Companies. The SDP aims to familiarize the participants with techniques of cracking the selection process of top companies.

The methodology of SDP involves a combination of lectures and some practical sessions with greater emphasis on giving participants with Hands-on Experience. The SDP would train the participants as per requirement by the students or college Managements.

The Program would be of 3 days (online) where the students will be taught for 2 hrs. Each day and after the completion of the program they will go through a test to receive their certificates also the program free of cost. The program is scheduled in upcoming week December.The student development program is based on below mention skills Program.
