One Day National Seminar on Child Rights-Issues & Challenges on 29th February 2020

NOTICE

Faculty of Law of Chaudhary Mahadeo Prasad Degree College (University of Allahabad), Prayagraj is going to organize a One Day National Seminar on “Child Rights-Issues and Challenges" on 29th February 2020.

The seminar is proposed to study to what extent the international treaties adopted by States and whether various schemes taken by governments, international organizations/institutions, agencies non-governmental organizations are serving the real beneficiaries or not? This Seminar is also focused to examine whether the welfare scheme made for them has benefited the children or not? If benefited what changes in their status have been brought about into and the requirements of the children which they need for their altogether development.
