Anti Ragging Cell
About the Cell
CMP Degree College Prayagraj strictly follows a zero-tolerance policy against ragging on campus. Ragging in any form — mental, physical, or verbal — is a punishable offence under law. The college has established an Anti Ragging Cell to prevent and address all incidents of ragging, ensure a safe and respectful environment for every student, and provide a platform for victims to register complaints. Any student found guilty of ragging will face serious legal consequences as per the directives of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009.
रैगिंग क्या है? (What is Ragging?)
मानसिक/शारीरिक/यौन शोषण – Mental, physical or sexual exploitation of students.
मौखिक दुरुपयोग – Verbal abuse and abusive language directed at students.
अशोभनीय व्यवहार – Indecent or obscene conduct towards fellow students.
आपराधिक धमकी/गलत तरीके से रोकना – Criminal intimidation or wrongful restraint.
मानवीय गरिमा को कमज़ोर करना – Acts that undermine or demean human dignity.
वित्तीय शोषण/जबरन वसूली – Financial exploitation or extortion of students.
बल प्रयोग – Use of force or coercion against any student.
रैगिंग के परिणाम (Consequences)
- प्रवेश रद्द करना – Cancellation of admission.
- कक्षाओं में भाग लेने से निलंबन – Suspension from attending classes.
- छात्रवृत्ति/फेलोशिप और अन्य लाभों को रोकना/वापस लेना – Withholding or withdrawal of scholarships/fellowships.
- किसी भी परीक्षा/परीक्षा या अन्य मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया में शामिल होने से रोकना – Debarring from examinations.
- परिणाम रोकना – Withholding of results.
- किसी भी क्षेत्रीय, राष्ट्रीय या अंतरराष्ट्रीय बैठकों/कार्यक्रमों में संस्था का प्रतिनिधित्व करने से वंचित करना.
- सामूहिक दंड – Collective punishment for the group involved.
रैगिंग में लिप्त कोई भी छात्र हो सकता है
Any student can be involved in ragging. If ragging activities are found, the affected person can complain to the Anti Ragging Cell officials listed below.
यदि रैगिंग गतिविधियां पाई गई हैं तो पीड़ित व्यक्ति एंटी रैगिंग सेल के निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों से शिकायत कर सकता है।
