Mr. Amit Mishra

Mr. Amit Mishra did his Bachelor of Laws from M.B.S. P.G. College, Varanasi in 2007 and Master of Laws from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi in 2012. He qualified UGC-NET in 2012 and was awarded UGC Research Fellowship. He is perusing D.Phil. from the University of Allahabad and has submitted his Ph.D. thesis on the topic "Changing Dimensions of Right to Life: A Study with Special Reference to Euthanasia in India".

His area of specializations are Constitutional Law, Contract Law, and Administrative Law.

His more than 8 research papers are published in International Refereed Journals. He has participated and presented papers in more than 20 International and National Seminars.
