Dr. Sanjeev Kumar

Dr. Sanjeev Kumar did B.A.(Hons), LL.B. and LL.M. from Banaras Hindu University. He qualified UGC-NET in 2008, JRF in 2010 and was awarded Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship for the session 2009-2010 and 2010-2011. He completed D.Phil in Law on the topic of “Protective Discrimination under Indian Constitution: A Socio-Legal Study with Special Reference to Educational Institutions" in 2016 from Department of Law, University of Allahabad. He also completed Pre-Doctoral Programme Course in 2012. His specializations are Law of Contract (General Principles of Contract, Specific Contract), Law of Insurance and Administrative Law.

He has been a member of “Legal Aid, Mediation Conciliation and Pre Court Litigation (including child and family counseling) Centre" during session 2011-2012 and 2012-2013.

He has two years of teaching experience. He also served as Guest Faculty in B.A. LL.B.(Five Year Course) and LL.B. (Three Year Course) in Department of Law, University of Allahabad. His more than six research papers are published in International refereed journals. He presented papers in ten National Seminars and participated in one National workshop.
