Library FAQ
Answer: Yes. Personal books are allowed with a condition that library staff will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft of your personal belongings.
Answer: Any student of current academic session becomes the member of library as soon as he/she joins the college. Original College ID card and fee receipt of current session is mandatory. The student has to visit library for registration process.
Answer: The students should bring:
- Original Fee Receipt,
- Original ID Card, and
- Filled Membership Form if any (The form will be distributed from the library).
Answer: The students as well as faculties can provide their recommendations to the Head of the Department. The HODs are required to send the filled and duly signed 'Book Requisition Format' to the library.
Answer: The students can borrow one book at a time for a period of 15 days.
Answer: Yes.
Answer: PG students and research scholars of the college have to fill the form: https://forms.gle/tuDs1o457rSqwbBS9 and then consult to the college librarian to get registered in NLIST and DELNET.

उत्तर: हाँ। निजी पुस्तकें इस शर्त के साथ अनुमत हैं कि आपके निजी सामान की किसी भी हानि, क्षति या चोरी के लिए पुस्तकालय स्टाफ उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
उत्तर: वर्तमान शैक्षणिक सत्र का कोई भी विद्यार्थी जैसे ही महाविद्यालय में प्रवेश लेता है, वह पुस्तकालय का सदस्य बन जाता है। वर्तमान सत्र का मूल कॉलेज आई.डी. कार्ड और फीस रसीद अनिवार्य है। पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया हेतु विद्यार्थी को पुस्तकालय आना होगा।
उत्तर: विद्यार्थियों को निम्नलिखित लाना चाहिए:
- मूल फीस रसीद,
- मूल आई.डी. कार्ड, और
- यदि कोई हो तो भरा हुआ सदस्यता फॉर्म (यह फॉर्म पुस्तकालय से वितरित किया जाएगा)।
उत्तर: विद्यार्थी एवं शिक्षकगण दोनों अपनी सिफारिशें विभागाध्यक्ष को दे सकते हैं। विभागाध्यक्षों को भरा हुआ और हस्ताक्षरित 'Book Requisition Format' पुस्तकालय को भेजना आवश्यक है।
उत्तर: विद्यार्थी एक बार में एक पुस्तक 15 दिनों की अवधि के लिए ले सकते हैं।
