About the Cell

The Student Grievance Redressal Cell of CMP Degree College, Prayagraj, has been constituted to resolve the various problems faced by students during their academic journey at the College. The Cell provides students with a fair, transparent and time-bound mechanism to raise their concerns, ensuring that every genuine grievance is heard and addressed appropriately.

Objectives & Scope

To resolve various problems faced by the students of the College.

To provide a fair and transparent platform for students to voice academic and administrative concerns.

To ensure timely redressal of grievances brought before the Cell.

To maintain confidentiality and fairness throughout the redressal process.

How to Lodge a Grievance

Any student of the College can bring a grievance to the notice of the Cell through any of the following ways:

In Person

Approach the Chairperson or any Committee Member directly at the college.

Written Complaint

Submit a written complaint at the Principal's office addressed to the Grievance Cell.

Online Form

Fill out the grievance form on this page and submit it to the Cell.

On receiving a grievance, the Committee shall convene within a reasonable period, hear the aggrieved student, and communicate its findings to the Principal.
